Role Type:

100% Onsite Role Objective This position is accountable to perform duties related to the loading and unloading of trucks; convey materials to and from storage and designated work sites; use radio frequency (RF) inventory control software to process orders/materials. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Ensure availability of required components and supplies. Verify part numbers, order numbers, batch number, purchase order number, and quantities to ensure inventory accuracy for applicable assignments. Process paperwork accurately according to established current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). Load and unload trucks and racks. Use radio frequency (RF) inventory software to: Process transfer orders Receive materials against purchase orders Locate and retrieve materials from storage locations Operate material handling equipment safely. Perform housekeeping duties. Locate inventory. Follow established safety procedures and report any safety concerns immediately. Perform visual quality checks on inventory. Assist with orientation and training of new employees. Serve as a backup to other members of the team. Process "on hold" or scrap materials according to procedure. Perform or assist with cycle count activity as needed. Operate powered industrial transportation (PIT) equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and training. Perform battery changes for department powered industrial transportation equipment. Education and Experience No previous experience required. Proficiency can be obtained through on the job training.
