Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks such as mixing materials or holding equipment Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Operate basic hand tools and machinery as instructed, adhering to safety guidelines Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks promptly and communicating effectively with supervisors Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided Reliable transportation to job sites and punctuality are essential Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your effort makes a real difference!
