This role is responsible for draft system service, installation, maintenance, and customer support, while ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The position may also assist with special event setup and execution. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate effectively with customer staff Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draft beverage systems and lines Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draft systems in compliance with state guidelines Complete draft line installations and routine service calls Maintain and manage inventory of draft service equipment, and materials Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment Track and document service activities, logs, and required reporting Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating daily progress and needs to management Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to learn through provided training Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures Sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Mechanical and technical aptitude Experience in beverage system installation or service Physical Requirements Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach Regularly climb into and out of a company vehicle Frequently lift 45-65 lbs Regular use of hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and technology Close vision, color recognition, and ability to adjust focus for detailed work Work Environment & Expectations Fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment Work involves physical, repetitive, and hands-on tasks Professional appearance and positive attitude required (uniform shirts provided) Independent work with accountability for meeting service targets Routine problem-solving with established processes and solutions What We Offer Company vehicle (fuel and maintenance covered; must have a safe place to park at home) Paid time off (PTO) Six paid holidays annually Hands-on, on-the-job training with career growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Additional Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not a complete list of all responsibilities.
