Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Manufacturer Laborer! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly, handling, and movement of materials within a busy manufacturing facility. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing while contributing to a thriving team committed to excellence. Duties Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the factory floor and warehouse areas Assist with assembly line tasks by using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring proper storage in the warehouse Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient environment Collaborate with team members on production goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks and quality standards are met Skills Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments and warehouse operation
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
