2nd Shift Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Material Handler for a Tulsa-area client. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid commitment to safety. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or material handling experience required Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities Move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Stage materials for production and ensure timely delivery to workstations Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and report discrepancies Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and housekeeping standards #INDT
