This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving, and the ability to work within our inventory management system, Fishbowl Inventory. Duties Pick and fulfill orders accurately using picking lists generated from our Inventory System (Fishbowl) Receive incoming inventory using handheld devices (Lilypad system) and ensure accurate system entry Pack orders efficiently to minimize shipping costs while ensuring product protection Organize and slot inventory into appropriate warehouse locations; create new locations as needed Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping and trash removal Input customer orders into the inventory system and assist with order processing Assemble kits and bundles (light production work) while meeting established productivity standards Send shipment-related emails and basic communication to customers/recipients Develop a working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse workflows Skills Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Positive, team-oriented attitude Efficiency and time management Accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry Problem-solving and adaptability Clear communication (written and verbal) Strong work ethic and dependability

Preferred:
