They're the person teammates turn to for help. The one who notices problems before they become delays. The one who helps train new employees, keeps standards high, and supports the Warehouse Operations Manager in making sure trucks are loaded safely, accurately, and on time. You won't spend your day sitting behind a desk. You'll be right in the middle of the operation—loading trucks, supporting the team, solving problems, and helping make sure every delivery leaves ready to serve our customers. Warehouse Leadership & Team Support Help coordinate daily loading priorities and workflow throughout the shift Support and train new Loaders on loading standards, warehouse organization, and safe work practices Serve as a day-to-day resource for teammates and help answer operational questions Communicate workflow updates, concerns, and staffing needs to warehouse leadership Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Loading & Warehouse Execution Build and load customer orders according to route schedules and loading standards Ensure trucks are loaded accurately, safely, and in the proper sequence for efficient deliveries Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Move trucks and trailers throughout the yard and dock areas to support warehouse operations Assist with unloading returned product, shells, pallets, carts, and CO₂ tanks Maintain load quality through proper stacking, wrapping, and securement practices Organization & Continuous Improvement Help maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards Identify workflow bottlenecks and help solve operational challenges in real time Support warehouse replenishment and inventory organization efforts Help maintain loading accuracy, productivity, and operational consistency Assist with workflow coordination when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable This is a safety-sensitive role. Operating warehouse equipment, moving trailers, and working around active loading operations requires awareness, sound judgment, and accountability every day. Work Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday with varying beginning at 1:00 pm
Hours:
40+ hours per week with overtime as necessary
