Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, responsible, motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Packing Specialist to join our small warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient packing, shipping, and receiving of products to support our warehouse distribution operations. Your energy and precision will help us maintain seamless order fulfillment, optimize warehouse management systems, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to the success of our supply chain. Duties Prepare and pack orders with care, ensuring accuracy and proper protection of products using packaging materials suited for each item Operate pallet jacks, safely to load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse (40 lbs or less) Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update order statuses in real-time Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets Verify incoming shipments through shipping & receiving procedures, inspecting for damages or discrepancies Stock shelves accurately by replenishing inventory based on stock levels Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by managing order picking, packing, and labeling for shipment Maintain a clean, organized workspace to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and ensure safety compliance Qualifications Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes Experience with order picking & packing Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices including load & unload procedures and stock replenishment strategies Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across various functions Join us as a Warehouse Shipping and Packing Specialist where your energy fuels our success!
