Warehouse Operations Associate Full Time

About DomeGuys DomeGuys International designs, rents, sells, ships, and installs geodesic domes for events, brand activations, projection environments, and custom projects. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Central Point shop full time. This is a physical, detail-oriented warehouse role. The right person is reliable, organized, takes pride in doing things correctly, and is willing to learn our systems from the ground up. What you'll do Clean, inspect, fold, and prepare dome covers for future rentals Sort, count, label, and organize dome struts, hardware, parts, and accessories Assist with pulling, staging, packing, and checking orders for shipment Process returned gear: inspect, clean, sort, document issues, and restock Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and efficient Load and unload trucks and pallets Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment Learn forklift operation after training/certification Follow checklists, inventory systems, and shop procedures Help with general warehouse/shop tasks as needed What we're looking for Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Comfortable with physical work, repetitive tasks, cleaning, lifting, standing, and working with your hands Good attention to detail — counting, labeling, inspecting, and following checklists Able to take direction, ask good questions, and follow through Able to work independently once trained Honest, dependable, and willing to take responsibility for mistakes Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Preferred experience Warehouse, shop, shipping/receiving, construction, moving, manufacturing, or similar hands-on experience Forklift experience preferred, but not required Inventory, labeling, pulling orders, or freight experience is a plus Basic computer skills helpful Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, clean, sort, and move materials throughout the day Team lift required for larger or heavier items Schedule Full-time position. Typical schedule to be determined based on company needs. Occasional flexibility may be needed during busy shipping/return weeks.
