Monday through Friday - Days. Schedule may vary based on delivery routes and business needs. What You'll Do As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, you'll split your time between making deliveries and supporting warehouse operations. You'll be one of the most visible representatives of Bright Side. Whether you're dropping off an order, answering a customer question, or helping out in the warehouse, you'll play an important role in creating the experience our customers have come to expect. One day you might be delivering orders across the Portland metro area. The next hour you could be stocking inventory, helping prepare orders, or supporting warehouse projects. No two days are exactly the same—and that's part of what makes the job interesting. Your Day Will Include:
Delivery Responsibilities Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Delivering orders accurately and on schedule. Verifying delivery contents with customers. Providing friendly, professional customer service during deliveries. Collecting signatures and delivery documentation as needed. Maintaining delivery logs and route information. Performing basic vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns. Keeping delivery vehicles clean and presentable. Following all company safety policies and traffic laws. Warehouse Responsibilities Picking and staging customer orders. Assisting with receiving and verifying incoming product. Stocking product accurately into warehouse locations. Replenishing pick bins and forward locations. Assisting with inventory counts and audits. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed (training provided). Supporting warehouse projects and general operations as needed. Jumping in wherever help is needed—because we win as a team. When You're Caught Up (No Standing Around Club) At Bright Side, "all caught up" doesn't mean finding a hiding spot until the next delivery. It means finding ways to improve the operation. When deliveries are complete and warehouse duties are under control, here's how you can make an impact: Deep clean and organize warehouse areas. Consolidate partial pallets and improve space utilization. Help reorganize inefficient storage locations. Improve product labeling and visibility. Assist with warehouse improvement projects. Ask your supervisor:
"What can I make better today?" If customers compliment our service and the warehouse looks great, you've probably had something to do with it. What Success Looks Like Deliveries arrive accurately, safely, and on time. Customers enjoy working with you and trust Bright Side's service. Customers recognize you as a reliable and professional representative of Bright Side. Orders are stocked / picked correctly with minimal errors. Inventory remains organized and easy to locate. Vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for the road. You stay productive without needing constant direction. You take ownership of your responsibilities and help wherever needed. Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance coverage. 1+ year of delivery, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable interacting with retail customers and professionally representing the Bright Side brand. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Adaptable when priorities shift throughout the day. Basic computer and inventory system familiarity. Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn). Dependable, accountable, positive, and team-minded. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods of time. Lifting, carrying, and moving product (up to 50 lbs). Frequent loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. — if certified).
