Job Description

NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler/Overhead Crane for a Day shift position at a local Custom Flame Cutting Company in Eugene, OR. In this position, a qualified candidate will move plate steel onto and off burn tables using forklifts and overhead cranes. The most valuable assets in this position are safety, attendance, and attitude.
What we are seeking:
1+ year of forklift and overhead crane experience. 1+ year of production or warehouse experience (preferably in Metal Fabrication.) Good math and measurement skills (tape measure, micrometers, calipers.) Previous use of hand and power tools, including handheld grinders, saws, and roll forming. Ability to keep the station. Can do attitude in all instructions given by the lead. Ability to lift 75 lbs. at times. Can bend, stoop, stand, push, and pull for an 8-hour shift. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven record of great attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic.

Pay:
