Shipping and Warehouse Assistant

Fawn Lily Botanica is a small e-commerce business located in Eugene, Oregon. We specialize in plant-based skincare products and natural bath accessories. We are looking for a part-time Shipping Assistant for our warehouse. Hours will average 10-20 per week, with some weeks being a little lighter and additional hours during busy times. The work will mainly be in shipping, with occasional other assistance as needed in production, labeling, helping clean and organize the space, inventory counts, etc. As a small business, the work can vary depending on current needs. We are looking for someone who works quickly and proficiently, has a high attention to detail and aesthetics, is self motivated, honest and trustworthy, well organized, maintains a clean workspace, follows directions, is flexible, communicative, dependable, can work independently, meet deadlines, has basic computer skills, and is interested in being part of a small business as it grows. All of our products are made and packaged with care, and need to look their best when customers receive them. Responsibilities will include filling, picking, packaging, and shipping orders quickly and accurately, create and print shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, maintaining a clean work space, excellent communication, maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, reporting inventory needs, inspecting items for damage before shipping, and willingness to step in and help out with other facets of the business as needed. We would prefer someone with shipping and production experience, but are open to other types of relevant work experience as well. Must be able to stand for entire shift, use a tape dispenser and other packaging tools, do repetitive work, lift and move packages, products, and materials. Must have dependable transportation, warehouse is in west Eugene, Oregon. Hours are flexible once fully trained, but applicants must be available during weekday days.
