WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assemble, disassemble, refurbish, and rebuild packaging machinery andponents using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and operational performance.
Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate packaging equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and restoring equipment functionality.
Manage service calls and represent thepany professionally at customer locations, operatingpany vehicles safely and ensuring proper handling of tools, parts, and equipment.
Coordinate shop operations and repair projects by overseeing inventory, tool maintenance, workflowanization, scheduling, and projectpletion to meet quality and customer service standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and small-part assembly techniques, with the ability to perform detailed mechanical and equipment repair work accurately.
Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, pneumatics, or related systems preferred; ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly documentation is highly desirable.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose equipment issues, develop effective solutions, and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent customer service andmunication skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and amitment to long-term professional growth and development.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work with hand and power tools for extended periods. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work safely in manufacturing, warehouse, and customer facility environments.
