Position Overview As a Warehouse and Shipping Associate , you will play a key role in ensuring that every Dainty Jewell's order is fulfilled with accuracy, care, and efficiency. Our customers mean everything to us — each interaction and each package reflects our brand's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Pull, match, and quality-check online orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Assist the warehouse team with inventory counts and organization. Open and inspect incoming shipments, accurately receiving them into the system. Process returns and exchanges, including location scans and inventory updates. Develop a deep familiarity with our product line to support quality control and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, office, and showroom space. Repackage, label, and re-inspect returned, cleaned, or repaired items for quality and presentation. Support inventory updates, ensuring data accuracy and organization. Ship all orders daily, meeting goals set by the Logistics Manager. Participate in preparation and on-site support for events and warehouse sales. Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks as needed — we're a small team, and everyone wears many hats! Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work on-site in La Grande, Oregon. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Receptive to feedback and instruction. Comfortable performing physical tasks and being on your feet throughout the day. Ability to multitask and cross-train across functions. Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Benefits Employee Discount on Dainty Jewell's products.
