As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you'll support day-to-day warehouse and production operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and the production team to deliver results that keep materials flowing and equipment running safely. What You'll Do As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you will be responsible for: Operate equipment including forklift, band saw, panel saw, cranes, and extruder Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments Perform routine pre- and post-inspections to help ensure forklift and equipment are in suitable working condition Organize and secure product for safe handling and transport Complete general clean-up tasks to keep the work area safe and production-ready Clean and Maintain Equipment Problem solve Adhere to Safety Procedures What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Manufacturing experience Ability to operate a Fork-lift, pallet jack, bandsaw, and panel saw. Equipment maintenance experience Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs (lifting, bending, pushing, or pulling Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment while following instructions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment, ability to develop and implement complex procedures from general instructions and to exercise sound judgment and discretion. Ability to accurately read a tape measure Steel toed shoes or shoes that meet
