Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Specialist , you will play a crucial role in our clients operations by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of plastic materials. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery such as a panel saw to provide value-added services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:

Receive incoming shipments of plastic materials, conduct quality inspections, and accurately document received goods.

Inventory Management:

Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations by accurately logging inventory movements, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring proper storage of materials.

Order Fulfillment:

Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.

Panel Saw Operation:

Safely operate a panel saw to cut plastic materials to size based on client orders and specifications, ensuring precision and quality.

Value-Added Services:

Provide value-added services such as custom cutting, shaping, or packaging of plastic materials to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
