Emergency Response Warehouse Technician

Atigun Group is recruiting a professional for position of Warehouse Technician in Portland for dedicated long term contract. The position is part time with additional hours added as the mission dictates. Ideal position for fire fighters or retired individuals who were in a similar field. Our contract is for the maintenance, tracking and deployment of vehicles, supplies and environmental testing equipment. We are a close knit organization with an emphasis on collaboration, exceptional quality and dedication. Applicant should posses at a minimum; 5 years experience in the warehousing and logistics industry or comparable military service; working knowledge of dangerous goods shipping; demonstrated warehousing experience; intermediate proficiency in MS Office and; clean driving record. Position requires individual who is punctual, reliable, professional, self starting and dedicated. Veterans preferred. Complete background, drug screening and reference checks performed on candidates.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Equipment and consumable stocking and issuing Deployment and delivery of equipment and supplies when requested Shipping and receiving including dangerous goods Janitorial duties General maintenance and upkeep of portable electronics and environmental testing equipment. This is a part-time, 10-20 hours per week position. Position is also on-call as needed. May be requested to report to facility within 45 minutes of being called or messaged. All work outside normal working hours is compensated. The hourly amount listed above include pay for prorated time off and cash in lue of health and welfare.
