About us Jetty Fishery is a small business in Rockaway Beach, OR. We have been family owned and operated for over 40 years. We rent crabbing boats, sell crabs clams and oysters, rv park and tent sites. Our goal is to Provide customers with a friendly, fun and safe environment to have a memorable experience. Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dock Hand for our recreation crabbing marina. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations at our dock facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Duties:
- Baiting, debaiting, crab rings
- Assist in putting 15' boats in the water and show customers how to drive boats and crab
- Clean boats and rental equipment in a timely manner
- Have good relations with cutomers
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Assist in maintaning the property by cleaning and basic maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience crabbing or boating prefered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands
