Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) / Warehouse Associate

Job Purpose:

Delivery Drivers are responsible for the expedient and safe delivery of company products and providing a positive customer service experience for our customers. Delivery Drivers are also responsible for the final window of quality control to comply with company standards and customer specifications.

TMPDriverApp Essential Functions:

Obey all local and state traffic laws Drive delivery vehicle within safe operating manner and capacity Read maps and follow written/verbal directions Willing to stay overnight when servicing long distance job sites Verify contents of delivery/pick-up Safely load and unload delivery vehicle Safely secure loads for transportation Maintain records as required Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle Report any delays, accidents, or other significant obstructions to duties to appropriate personnel Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in an effective and positive manner Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Operate hand-tools. Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects. Take and follow verbal directions. Stand for long period of time. Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Drive forklift. Read tape measure. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure. All Warehouse Associate employees may be required to assist in other departments on an occasional basis.

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent preferred Basic math skills Written communication skills Valid Driver's license Forklift certification required (will certify in-house) Willing to stay overnight when servicing long-distance job sites
