In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods between our warehouse, customers, and various delivery points. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes Load and unload coffee products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of shipments, route details, and delivery confirmations Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory within the facility as needed Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and moving inventory Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Familiarity with box trucks, courier services, and route driving techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices for drivers or courier roles Join us as a Warehouse Driver and become an integral part of our logistics team!
