Starting Pay:

$16•17/hour (based on experience)

Field:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision—think of it as batting cleanup for our customers Assist with inbound deliveries—unload shipments like you're snagging a ground ball at first base Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks—we'll coach you up so you can cover all the bases Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth Maintain a safe and organized warehouse—because a clean field keeps the team playing at its best Stay flexible and ready to jump in where needed—sometimes we need a utility player who can do it all Why Join Our Team? Requirements:

Education and Abilities:

High school graduate education or GED Strong verbal communication skills Forklift operation experience preferred but not required Strong problem-solving skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and background check.
