Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (flexible start up to 7:00 AM) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for order picking, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and kitting for production. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on environment and operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer and production orders and prepare them for shipment Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect for quality and accuracy Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Assemble production kits based on detailed specifications Safely handle and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move goods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material availability Required Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience Ability to accurately pick, pack, and stock inventory Experience operating pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent day shift schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts Willingness to train and become certified on additional equipment Experience supporting production environments or kitting processes Soft Skills Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Why Join This Company?
