Full Job Description Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Tualatin lumber company is looking for a Heavy Loader Lumber to join our team in Tualatin, OR . This is a full-time position with room for advancement within the company. The Lumber Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and loading/unloading trucks.
Available shift:
Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to customers and team members Load/unload trucks using appropriate hand tools and equipment using company truck Inspect lumber products for quality and defects Complete required paperwork accurately Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and housekeeping of the warehouse Operate pallet jack Complete required training within the company's policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Excellent verbal communication skills as well as hands-on experience with equipment operation Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a time-sensitive environment Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally push or pull heavy items over 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation
