$23.00 / hour Job Description Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire in Allentown, PA. Pay $23.00/hr

Shift:

 Day shift The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of solid work experience with no unexplained gaps.

Essential Job Functions:

Operate machinery: Safely and efficiently operate various powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order pickers, etc.). Load and unload: Load and unload trailers and trucks with raw materials, finished goods, and waste products. Selecting and put-away: Select orders and put away inbound materials.

Packing/unpacking:

Pack orders and prepare them for shipment; unpack inbound materials for inventory storage. Inspect equipment: Perform and document daily pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure safe equipment operation. Maintain the work area: Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe by tidying materials and removing waste or debris. Stock management: Move, stack, and stage products or materials in designated locations, including high-rack systems.

Documentation:

Use handheld scanners to accurately track product movement or maintain manual logs and records. Safety and compliance: Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies. Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned. Maintain exemplary attendance and adherence to the work schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Steady work history: Must have at least 5 years of solid work experience. Minimum 5 years of forklift experience. Basic computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, selecting carts, packing equipment (tape machines, etc.), cutting tools, PCs, and printers.
