Role:

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. This is a hands-on, flexible position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Mowing grass and basic landscaping Trimming vines and maintaining outdoor spaces General property cleanup and upkeep Assisting with event setup and breakdown (including arranging furniture) Supporting vendors and helping with event logistics as needed Delivery driving as needed Stocking inventory and organizing supplies Receiving and putting away deliveries Light maintenance (changing bulbs, minor repairs, power washing, etc.) Trash removal and general facility upkeep Occasional dishwashing and support for winery operations Assisting with winery tasks such as bottling, labeling, or moving cases when needed

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license (for deliveries) Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Willingness to jump in wherever needed
