Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently Manage order fulfillment by accurately picking and packing items using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order pickers Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper labeling and storage techniques to optimize warehouse space Utilize basic math skills to count, measure, and verify quantities during order picking and packing processes Support warehouse distribution operations by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and preparing shipments for dispatch Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is highly desirable Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Knowledge of Granite or Sage is an added bonus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes in e-commerce settings Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects safely, and operate equipment for extended periods Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your proactive approach will help streamline operations while supporting our commitment to excellence!
