This position is responsible for supporting production operations by helping create quality products in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires the ability to lift boxes that can weigh up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities include operating equipment, assembling components, working with treatment chemicals, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the accurate picking/packing of many items.Responsibilities:
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures. Learn and understand production requirements to support daily operations. Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are met. Learn and apply basic math for chemical ratios and treatment processes. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Previous experience in a distribution center environment is useful (not required). Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training. Must be able to work well with others. Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in other areas, including but not limited to: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift may be necessary. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds continuously for 100% of working hours, occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; lifting may be above or below shoulder level - and above or below waist level. Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a frequent basis. Ability to use hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holding on a continuous basis.
