Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Shift patterns Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. General warehousing focus on returns with the ability to perform various operational tasks as needed. Pay rates 16.50 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking. Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule. Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site. Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
Must provide own clothing:
jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes. Role for Warehouse Associate Physically unload freight from containers and trailers. Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications. Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns. Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Communicate any inventory or freight issues to management promptly.
