Requirements 6 months of experience Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to use a computer touch screen, scan gun, label printer, rolling cart, step ladder, and pallet jack Ability to read and comprehend instructions in Spanish or English, and follow directions Good manual and physical dexterity Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual Self-motivated and proactive Accurate and detail oriented Job Duties Labeling and repackaging products according to work instructions Entering accurate quantities/sizes into computer Meeting quality and speed metrics Loading and unloading boxes to and from conveyor lines or trucks, palletizing boxes Building pallets of product Picking, packing and shipping orders for our DTC department Using scan guns to scan products, pick orders, and enter numbers on a computer screen Moving product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or rolling cart Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat Complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as needed Flexing to other departments or specialty assignments as requested by supervisor Other duties as assigned Perks with Punch.
