Job Description

About Us:
We're a fast-paced screen printing company specializing in custom apparel. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our production team.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for receiving incoming apparel shipments and ensuring all items are accurate, organized, and ready for production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with counting large quantities, and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and check in incoming apparel shipments Count, verify, and match items against packing slips and purchase orders Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages Organize and label apparel for efficient workflow and inventory tracking Maintain a clean and orderly receiving area Communicate clearly with production and management teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent counting and basic math skills Highly organized and dependable Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently Comfortable working on your feet and handling boxes of apparel (up to 50 lbs.) Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is a plus
