Job Description
We are a distribution company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse and shipping associate at our Callery, PA facility. What You'll Do The core of this role is picking customer orders from warehouse inventory, preparing and securing shipments, processing packages through shipping software, applying labels, and staging pallets for scheduled carrier pickup. You will also handle returns, call tags, and international shipments, and participate in receiving — inspecting incoming product, logging inventory counts into a tablet, and putting away stock accurately. Keeping the workspace clean and organized is part of the daily routine. As part of a small team, you'll be in regular communication with the office, so responsiveness and clear communication matters. On an as-needed basis, this position may include local deliveries in a company Transit van within the greater Pittsburgh area. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — you read labels, order sheets, and item numbers carefully before pulling product Reliable and punctual — the team and our carrier pickups depend on it Good communicator — you'll interact with both on-site teammates and the office regularly Friendly and professional demeanor for occasional customer-facing delivery work Requirements Valid driver's license — must be verifiable at time of offer; this is a condition of hire Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable personal transportation to Callery, PA 16024 Basic computer skills: operate shipping software, email, scan / attach documents 1 year of related experience preferred Day shift availability, Monday - Friday A Plus If You Have Experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar shipping software Experience operating powered pallet jacks, riding pallet jacks, or pallet stackers Familiarity with driving routes in the greater Pittsburgh area
