Position Summary The Inbound/Firearm Backup Associate is a cross-functional role designed to provide flexible support across all areas of fulfillment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, efficiency, and compliance by stepping in where needed and ensuring seamless workflow execution.
Hours:
Day Shift Hours Monday- Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Occasional Saturdays to work overtime as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Count and sort merchandise by location, product number and description.

Store merchandise on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, color or type of material.

Maintain set amount in bulk and primary locations based on shelf capacity and pick velocity.

Determine methods of storage and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover (pick velocity), floor loading capacities and required.

Assist with the receipt of firearms during volume spikesBackfilling positions during absences in the areas of Firearms warehouse, Receiving, Outbound, Returns, and Inventory ControlMove and transport materials or supplies.

Perform related duties as required by supervisor.
