B Smith & Sons Express is a trusted transportation and logistics provider dedicated to delivering freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Loader to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations and ensures the accurate and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload freight, packages, and materials Secure cargo properly to avoid damage during transit Organize and prepare shipments in line with delivery timelines Check incoming and outgoing freight for damage and report issues immediately Adhere to all safety standards and company guidelines Keep loading and work areas clean and well-organized Collaborate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in loading or warehouse work is an advantage, but not required Ability to lift and handle heavy items (50 lbs or more) Strong focus on accuracy and safety Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Dependable, punctual, and a team player Flexible availability, including early mornings or weekends if needed
