Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team at Home City Ice. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality ice products. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and efficiency. Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to manufacture ice products efficiently. Assemble and package finished products for distribution. Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow. Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
