Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient inventory management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker tools Stock shelves accurately, ensuring proper placement and inventory levels for seamless warehouse distribution Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipments against documentation and recording transactions in AS400 or MRP systems Utilize basic math skills to count, measure, and verify quantities during order fulfillment and inventory checks Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly packaging items and managing stock rotation Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and unloading incoming shipments with precision Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes preferred Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners is highly desirable Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock management techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Comfortable standing, walking, lifting heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards Join us as a Warehouse Associate if you're eager to grow your career in logistics while contributing to a high-energy team dedicated to excellence.
