Full Job Description Description:
Join a Team That Manufactures Essential Products We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Finishing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking to build their career in a stable production environment. As a Production Associate, you will help manufacture and finish hose products used in firefighting, agriculture, and industrial applications. Your work will help ensure every product meets the quality standards our customers depend on.
Requirements:
Essential Responsibilities Inspect and finish hose products according to company quality standards Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Identify and report quality concerns Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience required Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety practices Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment Ability to pass a Drug and Background check What We Offer Full-Time Employment Consistent Shift Schedule Competitive Pay Benefits Package Paid Time Off Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Team-Oriented Work Environment If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we encourage you to apply. Strength Requirements:
