Pay:

$16.00 / hour

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend Every Week! )

Site Supervisor The Opportunity:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our repack team. This is a straightforward, entry-level warehouse role, but we want people who want to grow with us . If you show up on time and work hard, we will train you to operate forklifts and help you move up within the company!

Note:

This is a highly active, physically demanding, and repetitive role. If you like staying moving and prefer a workout over sitting at a desk, this is the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

Manual Labor:

Open product cases, build cardboard displays, label bags/cases, and stack repacked items on pallets.

Order Accuracy:

Create mixed product cases and fulfill orders to client specifications using an RF handheld scanner.

Quality & Safety:

Inspect products for damage, keep the warehouse clean/organized, and safely operate basic warehouse tools.

Continuous Improvement:

Voice your ideas to management on how we can make our processes smoother and more efficient.

What We're Looking For:

Reliability:

You must be timely, dependable, and ready to show up for your team every day.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation throughout a 10-hour shift.

Basic Skills:

Ability to read, count accurately, do simple math, and meet daily deadlines.

Experience:

Previous warehouse experience is a big plus, but not required—we will train the right attitude!
