Restoration Cleaner and General Laborer Greensburg, Pennsylvania $18.00 per hour Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM The responsibilities of the cleaning specialist include assessing damaged properties and contents to see what can be saved, cleaning damaged properties and contents, and sanitizing the restored homes.

Essential Duties:

High level performance of heavy & detailed residential / facility structural cleaning High level performance of highly detailed / heavy cleaning of personal property items (I.e. Laundry, furniture, figurines, books, toys, dishware, misc. Work at the direction of the Lead Technicians and supervisor(s) Set up workstations, including assembling boxes Assist in identifying damaged items Professionally inventory personal property items, package / box items, tag items, move / relocate items, clean items Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. Cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms. Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Repackage cleaned contents Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized facility and truck and maintain all company equipment Performing and documenting all work before and when completed. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary, as well on job-site tasks

Qualifications:

Must be able to follow detailed processes and have good attention to detail Must be able to work individually or in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals. Experience in cleaning and janitorial work is preferred.

Monday - Friday, Daylight hours with possibility of overtime •Must be available to be on call one weekend per month•

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform restoration and cleanup tasks in residential and commercial properties Respond to emergency situations such as water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare the area for restoration Clean and sanitize affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces Install drying equipment and monitor moisture levels to ensure proper drying Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors Opportunities for advancement and growth! Requirements:

Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures (will train) Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed General Laborer skills are a plus, training is provided Carpentry experience preferred Valid PA Driver's License Drug Screen Criminal Background Check #IND123
