Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for assessing damaged properties and personal contents to determine what can be restored, performing detailed structural cleaning, and helping return homes and facilities to a clean, safe condition after damage. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining high cleaning standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform structural cleaning of residential and facility properties following fire, water, or other damage Perform detailed cleaning of personal property items such as laundry, furniture, figurines, books, toys, dishware, and miscellaneous household items Work under the direction of Lead Technicians and supervisors to complete restoration projects Set up workstations and prepare packing areas, including assembling boxes and organizing materials Assist in identifying damaged items and determining items that can be restored Professionally inventory personal property items, package and box items, tag items, and relocate items as necessary Clean and restore personal property items according to company standards Repackage cleaned contents for return to customers Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Clean facility areas including restrooms, ceiling vents, and common areas Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked facility, work area, and company vehicles Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites Support warehouse and facility operations when needed Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies Perform and document all work before and after completion Remain accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule when required General Labor Duties Move furniture, equipment, and materials on job sites Load and unload trucks and transport supplies as needed Assist technicians with debris removal and site preparation when necessary Maintain safe and organized work environments Qualifications Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals Previous cleaning, janitorial, or restoration experience preferred Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screen Ability to pass a criminal background check
