This position may assist the Distribution team to support shipment preparation while ensuring safe and organized warehouse operations. The role is a hands-on position requiring safe material handling practices and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage materials and finished goods for shipment
• Verify material identification and labeling
• Prepare shipments for Distribution team as needed
• Maintain organized staging areas
• Assist with movement of materials between warehouse and production
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Follow proper material handling procedures Distribution Support Responsibilities
• Assist with staging direct shipments
• Verify quantities and packaging
• Ensure shipments are ready for scheduled pickups
• Work with the Distribution team to occasionally support shipment preparation Warehouse Responsibilities
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas
• Keep aisles and staging areas clear
• Support receiving activities as needed
• Assist with inventory activities as assigned Qualifications
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
