$16.90 - $18.40 per Hour 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift /Full-Time Description Summary The Warehouse Utility Worker provides general support for warehouse operations and document destruction activities. Duties and Responsibilities Operate and maintain balers on a daily basis Operate pallet jack and forklifts to load and unload trucks Maintain paper shredders and other machines consistently Build and move pallets of paper Load and unload customer trucks, by hand or with fork lift; frequent lifting and bending Assist with loading and unloading shredding truck on a daily basis Assist on the shredding truck when needed or at least two days per week Repair secure containers Clean secure containers daily Work in the warehouse production center area for three days per week Lifting, labeling, and packaging, and making boxes Basic electrical - lighting, wiring, basic outlets, etc. Replacing air conditioner filters monthly Plumbing - restrooms, kitchen, drains, etc. Maintain safety consciousness and hazard free environment All other duties as assigned Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent work experience Understanding of product inspection and safety consciousness Self-motivated and well organized work habits
