Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Summary CE3S is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in picking orders, shipping and receiving, kitting, value-add processing, backorder processing, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Pick orders accurately and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving activities Support kitting and value-add processing Print labels and verify order accuracy Check orders for accuracy before shipment Process backorders Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area Accurately identify and handle parts by item number Assist other departments with warehouse-related activities as needed Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-focused work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or selecting experience strongly preferred Basic computer skills required Experience with NAV, Microsoft Business Central, or a warehouse management system preferred Strong attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current Pennsylvania driver's license required Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday in a warehouse environment Work Environment This position works primarily in a warehouse setting and requires regular standing, walking, lifting, picking, packing, and handling of inventory.
