$20.00/hour Position Summary The MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Associate is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to support inbound operations. This role involves unloading, moving, storing, and organizing incoming products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers safely and efficiently. Receive and unload inbound shipments. Move products to designated storage locations within the warehouse. Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies. Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency. Qualifications Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating MHE equipment preferred; certification is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting. Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures.
