Driver/Warehouse Worker

Company Overview:

We are an established commercial glazing contractor + manufacturer (curtain walls, windows, exterior building facades, etc.) located in Horsham, Pennsylvania. We're currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

This hybrid role involves operating company vehicles to deliver materials to active construction sites throughout the Philadelphia area, as well as performing general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has a strong knowledge of the local area.

Partial List of Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport material and equipment to jobsites on time.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with material handling safely and efficiently.
• Assist with making crates and packaging material for shipment.
• When not making deliveries, stocking materials, tools, and equipment.
• Unpack and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain signatures upon delivery.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and preparing orders.
• Pull, prepare, and stage materials for daily deliveries.
• Use basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, overhead crane, forklift, etc.).
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Communicate with site supervisors to ensure timely deliveries.

Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Required Skills:

• Class "B" License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to start earlier than normal start time for special projects
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to drive in Philadelphia and knowledge of the area Other Desired Skills (not required):
• Forklift License
• Tractor Trailer Experience (Class "A" License)
