Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. Your proactive approach will help us maintain efficient warehouse distribution processes, support fulfillment, and uphold high standards of safety and organization. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy Support warehouse distribution operations by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean workspace Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Knowledge of warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar platforms) and RF scanners for inventory control Ability to perform basic math calculations for order quantities, measurements, and inventory adjustments Ability to physically work and lift materials weighing up to 90 lbs Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment best practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing.
