We are hiring for a hands-on production role within a manufacturing environment. This position supports daily operations through material handling, general labor, and production assistance. Employees may rotate between responsibilities based on business needs. This is a physically demanding role requiring flexibility, as tasks may vary day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual material handling, including stacking and moving products Complete heavy lifting throughout the shift Assist with general production and support tasks Break down or modify materials for proper disposal when needed Dispose of scrap materials in designated areas Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Adapt to changing duties based on production needs and equipment availability

Requirements:

Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting and physical labor Comfortable using basic hand tools safely Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused Prior manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
