Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Line Technician at our facility located in Linwood, PA, 19061. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training and development programs as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
