The Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering parts to internal technicians at customer sites, supporting daily warehouse operations, and maintaining an organized yard and work environment. This position requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Delivering parts and equipment to internal technicians using company vehicles Customer-facing interactions while supporting technicians on-site Pulling, labeling, and staging parts for scheduled jobs and projects Organizing and putting away inventory Assisting with warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Yard maintenance and organization, including outdoor work year-round Occasional use of scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, yard, and vehicle Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Primarily local driving with occasional longer day trips Requirements and Skills Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a DOT physical (company-paid) Ability to lift 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic computer literacy; experience with scanners a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Good communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Requisition #3696
