General Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment efficiently Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites and equipment Help with transportation of materials between locations as needed Adhere to project timelines by completing assigned tasks promptly Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles Knowledge of basic safety procedures relevant to physical labor environments is advantageous We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute their energy and dedication.
