Warehouse Inventory Associate (3rd Shift) Job Description The Warehouse Inventory Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting overall warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use RF scanners to perform real-time inventory updates, conduct cycle counts, and assist with inventory relocation projects, while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout your shift. Responsibilities Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and maintain inventory integrity. Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to track, manage, and update inventory data in real time. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately to align system records with physical stock. Ensure that all inventory system records accurately reflect actual physical inventory levels in the warehouse. Assist with inventory projects, including transferring bins, packaging, and materials between warehouse locations. Handle materials safely and efficiently as part of daily material handling and packaging activities. Support packing and production-related tasks as needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned work areas to support an efficient workflow. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times to promote a safe working environment. Work effectively during 3rd shift hours and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals. Essential Skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment, such as large fulfillment centers. Hands-on experience using RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory tracking and updates. Proven ability to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed inventory records. Experience with inventory, packaging, and material handling in a warehouse setting. Ability to perform packing and production support tasks with attention to detail. Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling inventory data and physical stock. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift and handle a physical workload, including moving inventory bins. Willingness and ability to work 3rd shift, Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with high-volume fulfillment operations similar to large e-commerce distribution centers. Comfort working with technology and handheld devices for inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work area in a busy warehouse environment. The role involves frequent use of RF scanners and RF scan guns, as well as working around production, packing, and material handling areas. The environment prioritizes safety and cleanliness, with clear procedures in place to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Attire should be practical and suitable for a warehouse setting, allowing you to move comfortably and safely while performing physically demanding tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
